Claims for Missing or Defective Products
- Unboxing Video: Record a 360° unboxing video of the parcel without cuts or pauses if you receive a missing or defective product. This video is necessary for your claim.
- Submission: Send the video to +91-95594 30089 (WhatsApp) or elite.fashion0786@gmail.com, including your order ID.
- Notification: Contact us within 2 days of receiving your parcel. We will guide you on the next steps.
Important: Claims cannot be processed without the 360° unboxing video.
Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy
- No Defect Policy: Products in perfect condition are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Eligibility for Exchange
- Condition: Item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Exchange Process
- Initiate: Contact elite.fashion0786@gmail.com to begin the exchange process.
- Return Shipping: Ship the item at your expense. We’ll cover the cost of the replacement item. Send the courier slip within 24 hours of shipping.
- Exchange Time Frame: Once the item is returned and inspected, we’ll dispatch the replacement.
Damages or Issues
Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If there are any defects, damages, or errors, please contact us so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized Products: Items made to order or personalised.

Exchanges
To quickly receive the desired item, return the original item. Upon acceptance, we will process the exchange promptly.
Stock-Out Policy
In the event that your ordered product or selected product colour becomes stock out, we offer two solutions for your convenience:
- You may choose to wait until the product is restocked.
- You may select an alternative product, either a similar item or any other collection of your choice, after we inform you about the stock-out status.
Please note that once an order is placed, there is no return or refund option under any circumstances.
International Order Policy
Please note that International Orders are not eligible for Return or Exchange. Ensuring full transparency, The exact product you place an order for is thoroughly checked and then dispatched to you.
We also ensure that the product is delivered exactly as shown in the description, real picture/open pictures uploaded on our website. Since we provide complete clarity about the product beforehand, there is no need for return, refund, or exchange.
As every item is verified before shipping, we do not offer Return or Exchange based on self-satisfaction, fabric expectations, or quality preferences.
However, in the rare and unexpected case that you receive a defective item, you may request an exchange. Please send your complaint along with a complete 360° unboxing video to us on WhatsApp +919559430089 within 24 hours of delivery. If the issue is found valid, we will process the exchange accordingly.
Please note that no return or refund will be provided for self-satisfaction issues. Additionally, no exchange request will be entertained without a complete and proper 360° unboxing video.
